As President and CEO, David is the chief staff executive at the Chamber. His role combines both leadership and management functions. For instance, he provides policy guidance to the Chamber's Board of Directors on issues important to business in Northern Colorado. while being responsible for the day-to-day management of the organization.

Tiana handles public relations, marketing and the production of Chamber publications. Janel manages all financial and accounting functions including human resources. She also handles most office related issues, such as grounds maintenance, equipment leases/rentals, and building maintenance.
